The Success Factors Private Mentoring offers three months of direct, unlimited access to Wes Berry through various communication methods such as email, phone, text, Zoom, or regular mail. It is ideal for professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs. This support focuses on strategic areas and practical concerns, such as operational, profitability, and growth issues. We will further address the development of goals and objectives designed to achieve success and overcome challenges.

The program costs $3,900, a price point that reflects a commitment to business growth and is often quickly recouped through increased revenue or higher fees. Enrollment is limited, with a “first come, first serve” enrollment and an accompanying waitlist for when spaces become available.

Before beginning, you and Wes will evaluate (via a Zoom session) whether the program aligns with your needs. Once accepted, the process starts with an in-depth review of your current position, expectations, and core value propositions, followed by setting clear mentoring objectives. This relationship includes an introductory session to review objectives, regular twice-monthly scheduled Zoom sessions, and open email and text communications. All communications will be responded to within a professional timeframe.

PRIVATE COACHING

The Success Factors Private Coaching offers six months of direct, unlimited access to Wes Berry through various communication methods such as email, phone, text, Zoom, or regular mail. It is ideal for professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs. Suitable for individuals who thrive on structure and need additional accountability to reach their goals, the Success Factors Private Coaching may be a good fit. This program includes all elements of our Private Mentoring, plus it emphasizes high-priority areas and involves creating:

• A detailed action plan with clear deadlines for each task
• A structured schedule of check-ins to track progress and address any challenges that may arise in completing short-term objectives
• We ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed as planned.

In addition to those outlined in the Private Mentoring program, areas of focus may include reaching out to potential clients, developing marketing materials, drafting a book proposal, writing articles or books, networking, developing a brand, or creating new products. Typically, we select three or four key areas, outline specific steps with set deadlines, and establish a formal schedule for follow-up. The Private Coaching program offers external accountability, ensuring you meet your goals by agreed-upon dates.

PRIVATE CONSULTING 

We offer a “total immersion” experience for those looking to accelerate their progress. This six-month Private Consulting program includes all elements from the Private Mentoring and Private Coaching programs. You also receive two in-depth, one-on-one sessions with Wes Berry at his home, office, or professional site. Wes will refine your strategy during these sessions and set actionable goals to help you progress. Finally, we recommend scheduling the sessions about 90 days apart for optimal impact.

Spouses or significant others are welcome to join the discussions if they wish. You’ll also have opportunities to share meals and informal conversations with your mentor. You are responsible for your travel and related costs.
