GRAEF wanted their annual retreat to strengthen teamwork and communication across their firm. They needed an interactive experience that helped employees better understand each other and left them feeling more connected as a team. The Solution
Wes designed a two-part experience that combined assessment with application:
- Pre-Retreat Assessment: Participants completed the Four Temperaments Quiz ahead of time, sparking curiosity and excitement about what they would learn
- Interactive Keynote: Wes used the quiz results to demonstrate how different communication and personality styles shape collaboration, bringing the framework to life through dynamic storytelling and interactive call-outs
- Practical Application: Teams immediately applied what they learned to understand their working relationships better
