It’s what the customer needs to accomplish in the way they need to achieve it. There’s the desired outcome, and then there’s their appropriate experience. When you bring those two things together, you get the desired result. If we can help them achieve their desired outcome, they will be successful and stay with us. Everyone communicates differently; Each personality type communicates differently, and it’s essential to recognize and adjust accordingly. The most challenging thing about business is dealing with people. Understanding the various personality types is only half the battle. Understanding ourselves is the other half. Teamwork is simple to understand, but it’s often difficult for everyone to play nice, let alone manage.
